Let's Gut To The Truth

The world of gut health has seen the surge of influencers, innovation and investment over the last 5 years. At the same time, the world has also experienced nothing more prolific than fake news as it has than ever before. It seems that even medical conditions and scientific areas of research aren’t immune to being affected by fake news either. 

Whilst doing research along my journey of facing Crohn’s to understand gut health, plant-based eating and IBD/IBS, I was surprised on how much noise there is out there, and it is none too surprising that it can be bewildering, misleading and worrying for us IBD/IBS sufferers to understand fact from fiction.

Aptly named, ‘Let’s Gut To The Truth’ – these blog articles will talk around recent scientific findings, and also feature experts in their own right, to put the fake news to right on all things gut health and plant-based eating.
