With the intention to emulate the surprise when someone shouts out ‘what the f***’, this blog was created because I was astounded by the wealth of content out there on gut health and plant-based eating but wasn’t sure how to link it all together for IBD/IBS.

'What the Gut' will cover all things gut - from the fundamental basics to the intricacies of understanding micro-nutrients, essential digestion, IBD/IBS health and plant-based food. Supported by the published evidence and guest authors, these blog articles will help to showcase the gut in a truly different light.
