Cookercise has been created to help parents stay sane and healthy with their kids during lockdown and after.

 

Expect to follow a 10 minute plan which incorporates a cook-a-long with fitness moves like kneading dough, shadow boxing and squats while picking up ingredients from different levels.

 

At the end you get something delicious and healthy to eat, too.

Released on Instagram every Sunday at 11am and stored on IGTV, or Youtube so they will always be available to watch again if you miss it.
