About the Recipe

A sharp and refreshing drink to awaken the senses and keep you wanting more. The wonderful blend of fruits and herbs makes this a classy and versatile mocktail.

  • 25g frozen raspberries 

  • 4 ice cubes 

  • 50ml lemonade 

  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves 

  • 75ml soda water or kombucha/water kefir 

  • Sprig of rosemary and fresh raspberry 


Step 1

Blitz the raspberries, ice cubes, lemonade and rosemary leaves to make a loose sorbet.

Step 2

Pour into a glass and top up with soda water.

Step 3

Serve with a garnish of rosemary and fresh raspberry (optional).
